Why we built it.
A hospitality client had English-speaking agents and guests in 30 languages. The off-the-shelf tools were either weak at translation or not optimized for the support flow.
So we built ChatBox123 for one specific pattern: an English-speaking agent and customers in any language. Low latency, message templates, workflow automation, and language detection on first contact. It's the highest-volume Baytek product by message count.
