WHY
Why we built it.
Every engagement we ran needed sprint reporting. The native ADO charts cover the easy questions, not the useful ones. Building a clean cycle-time chart from raw work-item history shouldn't require a data engineer.
So we built it once, well, and shipped it back to ADO Marketplace. It's the same reporting layer we use to deliver weekly client digests on every dedicated-team engagement.
